This is a lovely story about the Abbott sisters from Ram cattle station, Dungog, in 1951. We particularly like the paragraph “Both sisters dislike fancy riding gear and ride only in stock saddles with “ordinary snaffle bits:. They have a very poor opinion of what they term “Sydney cowboys”.
