We completely get it, we change our minds too! We are happy to make changes or cancel an order prior to despatch.
Should the item(s) not work out for you, we are more than happy to exchange for a preferred style or size, or refund.
Return postage is paid by you the customer, with an exchange we cover the postage back to you.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

We aim to despatch all orders same or next business day using Australia Post. This can sometimes take a little longer in high sales periods.
We offer Standard & Express Postage options.
We will email you tracking details that link through to the Australia Post website to follow your order.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
Return to PO BOX 3003 Grose Vale NSW 2753 and include a note with your contact details along with instructions of how we can help.

We are a small team and do our best to have all exchanges and refunds processed as fast as possible. This is usually within 5-7 days from when we receive the item(s).
